By using "App Screenshots" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Changes to Terms
Progressio Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
3. Use of the App
You may use the App for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App.
4. AI & Third-Party Services
The App offers optional integration with third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepL). You are responsible for: (a) providing your own valid API keys, (b) complying with the third-party provider's terms of service and usage policies, (c) any costs incurred from API usage, and (d) reviewing the provider's data handling practices. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or quality of third-party AI-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Progressio Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any screenshots, designs, and creative works you produce using the App.
6. User Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share using the App, including any screenshots uploaded to App Store Connect. Ensure your content complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and all applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may not be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs. You should review all AI-generated content before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progressio Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App or any third-party services accessed through it.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
